Charlie Woodford


Charlie Woodford is an 18 year old singer/songwriter from Bournemouth, UK who has been playing the guitar since he was 7 and singing from the age of 13. By the time Charlie was 16 years old he managed to gain a distinction on almost every guitar grade including grade 8 in his last exam.
Charlie managed to sing on radio station (Hope Fm) for a singing competition and was also asked to perform with theatre 2000 where he performed in both Joseph and Aspects of love.
Charlie has supported many different artists including Jamie Johnson – runner up on the voice and also Chaz and Dave the cockney legends. Most recently Charlie was given the opportunity to sing with Ne-Yo when he met him backstage at one of his concerts and also handed Charlie the mic on stage in front of thousands of one of his recent tour shows. Charlie’s TV credits include being featured on the BBC 1 show following the Ed Sheerans concert at the Royal Albert Hall.
In July 2017 Charlie played a Shawn Mendes cover at a local Bournemouth summer event. One of the audience filmed him and Charlie went viral overnight becoming very popular across all his social media channels. He has now had many requests by his followers to perform all across the world.
Charlie specialises in a large range of music and can play almost anything from jazz and blues for dining, wedding functions, parties and special occasions. Charlie also has a large selection of party tunes that will get people up and dancing no matter what location.
